Technology is essential to our success. We have experts in spring design and development who utilize advanced techniques and employ computer programs which apply to all types of springs - compression, extension, tension, stamping, and wire forms. All designs are verified through our engineering computer programs. This procedure enables us to consult with our customers in the event of a dimension that may over-stress the spring, i.e. load stress. When we approve or recommend a spring design, we are confident of its ability to meet its purpose. We are always available for design consultation and urge our customers to solicit our assistance early in the design process. Our R&D program strives to develop new equipment, machinery and tooling. Much of our current equipment and machinery was developed in-house and is unique to Mastercoil.

Our consultants are selected based on their fields of expertise, i.e. ISO and quality, computer programming, R&D and industrial engineering. Their qualifications include Technical Advisor to the SMI, Design Instructor for the SMI, Moderator for American Society of Mechanical Engineers, Member of American Society for Quality Control and many others. We have researched various firms and feel that the selections we have made will allow Mastercoil to provide our customers the best service available in the spring industry.
