Mastercoil Spring has been family-owned and operated since 1982.  Don Musielak took the risk of a lifetime, left his place of employment, and founded Mastercoil Spring with four employees and three high-speed coiling machines. By 1984, the company had grown to 13 machines and 14 employees.  Today we have more than 150 machines and 50 employees and run three shifts. We are excited to be celebrating our 40th anniversary in 2022. At the time of Don’s passing in 2013, He brought 55 years of experience to creating Mastercoil Spring.
